Cloud and file management for an organization
Smart Orchestra Drive
A private drive and archive we built for an orchestra: sheet music, scores, recordings, video and working documents. Staff, arrangers and guests each have their own way in, and each sees only what they are allowed to.
The challenge
An orchestra needs to share sheet music, recordings and files between its players, but with order, speed and permissions, not yet another wide-open shared folder.
What we built
- An archive with search and folders by subject, and scores that open in a preview, without downloading
- Sharing a folder to a guest area: for how long, view only or download too, and who is invited
- Guests sign in with their email and a one-time code, and see only what was shared with them
- Permissions enforced on the server, not only on the screen, and an activity log for every change
What it shows
Not off-the-shelf software, but a file system built around the way the organization works: where every file lives, who may see it and how it passes from hand to hand.
The archiveSearch across the whole archive, folders by topic, and a score that opens in a preview, page by page, without downloading.
Recorded on a demo installation of the system, with sample users and files. No client files or details appear here.

I tried to open a folder nobody shared with me. The door stayed shut. Exactly right.
